I have lived in the Pescara Lake community since 2014. My husband and I were planning on being true snowbirds, six months in Florida and six months in Ohio; but as time has gone on, we are only in Ohio less than three months a year. Pescara Lake has truly become our home. We have developed amazing friends in the community and are truly one big family.
The owners of the park ensure that our park is kept beautiful at all times. We have a beautiful pool that is heated to 85 degrees from November 1st til May 1st. The HOA has many fun activities, poker runs, Veteran’s Day, Christmas parades, and just recently we had a scavenger hunt which was enjoyed by all.
When we go back to our home in Ohio we miss our Pescara Lake friends. I feel very blessed and the day I walked into the Pescara Lake Office inquiring about a home was the best decision we ever made.
The ladies in the office (Debbie and Katie) have done such a wonderful job, making us all feel very welcome, friendly, and keeping the community looking great.
